Across the US and beyond, there are millions of young women who lack yet greatly deserve more equitable opportunities. And, there are some powerhouse leaders and non-profits who effectively work to open doors, remove economic barriers, and lift women out of poverty. All the while, there are generous donors who want to get behind these life-changing initiatives but they don’t always know where to give or what to look for. Our intent is to bring these community stakeholders together — and in doing so, serve as a catalyst for change.

We connect high net worth individuals, families, and companies with non-profits and leaders that are deeply engaged in working with young women who face significant opportunity and achievement gaps. We help assess and shape each in donor’s giving goals and values; research, screen and recommend non-profits which are strong matches; and facilitate the entire giving process. We avoid the traditional grant-making game – and instead, approach it just as a business would approach the hiring process. With a national lens, we think big while not counting out small, sometimes hard to find, local efforts that achieve meaningful outcomes.

Research shows that empowering young women changes families, communities and the world. When we elevate awareness and understanding, we maximize everyone’s resources and deepen our impact. Our donors can easily support charitable organizations of their choice and collectively help to move our next generation of young women forward. Just as meaningful, we support local leaders who are often limited to time-consuming and competitive funding within their geographic area while ensuring accountability that each donor’s gift is making a difference.
